The QMS Hydrating Toner is the essential second step in your cleansing routine. This hydrating toner is specifically designed to brighten and refresh the skin while neutralizing its pH value and removing the last traces of makeup. It is more than just a toner; it is a hydrating, soothing, and regulating treatment for your skin.

The formulation contains Witch Hazel to regulate sebum production and calm the skin. D-Panthenol (Vitamin B5) intensely hydrates and regenerates the skin, while Sorbitol and Glycerin help lock moisture into the skin. How to Use for Hydrated Skin:

Apply the Hydrating Toner to a cotton pad. Cleanse the entire skin by wiping from the center to the outside of the face. The lotion is also very soothing when applied with your hands and gently massaged in.

• Tip: The Hydrating Toner is also highly suitable for making a soothing eye compress for swollen, burning, or tired eyes.

Please note: Can be applied directly or with a cotton pad . If using the active AHA Exfoliant Resurfacing Liquid, the Hydrating toner is applied afterwards.
