CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

Juuls Clinic, we value both your time and ours. Every appointment is time reserved exclusively for you.

New clients
As a new client, please book an intake first. This allows us to assess your skin properly and choose the right treatment together.
New clients pay a deposit of 50% of the treatment price when booking online, for all treatments. This amount is deducted from the total price.

Cancelling or rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance by phone or whatsapp only. Any deposit will then be refunded in full.

Late cancellations and no-shows
For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or in case of a no-show:

  • New clients: the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Existing clients: a fee of €50 per appointment will be charged.

This reflects the time reserved specifically for you, which cannot be reallocated at short notice.
