How to Get Your Treatment Reimbursed: A Simple Guide

Check Your Policy: Before your appointment, check your supplementary insurance policy or call your provider. This will confirm your coverage for "acne treatment" or "hair removal" and prevent any surprises.

Book Your Appointment: You don't need a referral from a GP or dermatologist to book a consultation with one of our skin therapists. However, to be eligible for reimbursement, many insurance companies do require a referral letter. Always check with your provider.

Submit Your Claim: After your treatment, we'll email you an invoice. Simply submit this to your insurance company. Most providers process claims within a few days, and the reimbursement is often back in your account shortly after.
How Much Will I Be Reimbursed?
The reimbursement amount depends on your specific insurance provider, your supplementary package, and the type of treatment. It can range anywhere from €50 to over €350 per year. We recommend checking your policy to know exactly what to expect.

Many of our acne treatments for the face are covered by supplementary insurance. This includes the peels we use to control breakouts.
Facial Hair Removal
Beyond acne, treatments for unwanted facial hair like laser hair removal are often covered under supplementary plans. Please note that treatments for body hair are not covered.

A select number of insurance companies also provide coverage for vascular and pigment laser treatments. These procedures are used to reduce or remove blood vessels and pigment spots on the face.
